SCP 37 – SCP 39 (£39,782 – £41,675) (FTE) (subject to the outcome of job evaluation)
SCP 31 – SCP 34 (£34,728 – £37,890) (FTE) (subject to the outcome of job evaluation)
Contract: Permanent, Whole Time, 37 hours per week

Are you:

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and suitably experienced.
• Qualified to at least CIPD Level 5
• A passionate HR professional with the ability to deputise for the HR manager in their absence (Senior HR Advisor).

Can you:

• Take a lead role on casework, such as grievance, discipline, capability and attendance management.

You will offer:

• Experience of both TUPE transfers and staffing restructures
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all key stakeholders, including trade unions.
